摘要
目的总结肝移植手术患者的护理经验。方法通过对2例肝移植患者术前三式、术后六式的护理,总结出护理的重点及方法。结果2例均无并发症,痊愈出院。结论充分的术前准备,术后早期生命体征的监测,免疫抑制剂的合理使用,并发症的防护,合理饮食,适当活动及休息是肝移植手术成功的关键。
Objective To summarize the nursing experiences of patients who have received liver transplantation. Method Though the analysis 3 forms of preoperative nursing care and 6 forms postoperative nursing care methods of two cases of patients who have received liver transplantation, the important point and method of nursing care was made out. Result There were no complications were found, and the two cases were fully recovered and discharge from the hospital. Conclusion Sufficient preoperative preparation, earlier period vital sign monitoring, proper using of immunosuppressive agent, protecting complication protection, diet guidance, proper activity and resting, wen the keys for the success of liver transplantation.
