摘要
目的利用衰老加血瘀模型大鼠研究六味地黄汤及其配伍对血脂和纤溶活性的影响。方法本实验利用衰老加血瘀动物模型,观察了六味地黄汤及其配伍对模型大鼠体外血栓形成、血清脂质、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、组织纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活抑制物(PAI)的影响。结果六味地黄汤全方能抑制模型大鼠体外血栓形成,降低血脂、Fg含量,减少内皮细胞分泌PAI,增加t-PA的水平。结论六味地黄汤通过改善模型大鼠内皮细胞分泌功能,调节血脂和纤溶系统,达到抑制血栓形成的目的。
OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and its drug combination on blood lipid and fiber dissolution activity based on experiments on aging rat models with blood stasis. METHOD Using aging rat models with blood stasis. the authors made observations on the effect of Liuwei Zihuang Decoction and its drug combination on rat in vitro thrombosis, serum lipid, brinase, tissue plasminogen activator （t - PA） and plasminogen activator inhibitor （PAI）. RESULT Liuwei Dihuang Decoction could inhibit rat in vitro embolism, reduce blood lipid and brinase content, decrease PAI secretion and increase the level of t - PA. CONCLUSION By regulating the secretion function of the endothelium cell of the rat models, Liuwei Dihuang Decoction can regulate blood lipid and the fibrinolytic system, thus inhibiting the formation of thrombus.
