摘要 糖尿病心肌病是一种特异的心肌疾病,其发病机制尚未完全明了。细胞因子可以从影响心肌细胞舒缩性和心肌重构等方面参与其发病。本文就细胞因子各家族中与糖尿病心肌病发病关系密切的肿瘤坏死因子α、胰岛素样生长因子-1、转化生长因子β1等因子的研究进展作一综述。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a type of specific cardiomyopathy. Its exact mechanism is still undefined. Cytokines can affect myocardial contractility and myocardial remodelling in diabetic cardiomyopathy. In this review, the relationship between tumor neerosis factar-α(TNF-α), insuline-like growth factor-1 (TGF-1), transforming growth factar-β1 (TGF-β1) of the cytokine family and diabetic cardiomyopathy is summarized.
