摘要
杀菌/通透性增加蛋白(BPI)是一种主要存在于中性粒细胞内的阳离子抗菌蛋白,具有杀菌及中和内毒素作用,在革兰阴性菌感染的治疗方面有很好的应用前景。本文主要对BPI分子结构、生物学功能、作用机制及临床应用等方面的研究进展进行综述。
The bactericidal/permeability-increasing protein （BPI） is a cationic protein of neutrophilie granulocytes,whieh possesses antibacterial and endotoxin-neutralizing activity against Gram-negative bacteria. The therapeutic role of BPI in Gram-negative bacterial infections is of a good prospects. In this review, the molecule structure, biological function, functional mechanisms and clinical research so on of BPI were summarized.
