摘要
[目的]了解护士现有英语水平以及对英语培训的需求。[方法]采用现场问卷调查法对在中日友好医院培训中心进行护理大专(夜大)学习的护士进行调查。[结果]98.6%的护士有英语培训的需求。[结论]加强护士英语培训势在必行。
Objective： To know the status quo of English levels of nurses and their requirement for English training and corresponding countermeasures of it. Method： Nurses studied in Sino- Japan Friendship Hospital for bachelor degree were investigated by filling out local questionnaires. Result： Up to 98.6 % of investigated nurses had the requirement for English training. Conclusion： It is imperative under the situation to strengthen English training for nurses.
