深圳市部分酒店的空调系统微生物污染情况监测 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解深圳市部分酒店的空调系统微生物污染情况,以便对空调系统采取消毒和卫生管理措施,保障空调环境卫生。方法采用对酒店各部不同类型空调进行抽样调查,检测空调系统过滤网、冷却水、空气中的细菌总数、霉菌总数以及军团菌、溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、芽孢杆菌等项目。结果中央空调冷却水军团菌污染严重,阳性率为65.66%。不同类型空调系统集尘过滤网的细菌总数、霉菌总数超标率达33.8%,金黄色葡萄球菌,溶血性链球菌未检出阳性,而芽胞杆菌检出率较高为70.87%;在空气积尘中细菌、霉菌总数超标率较低,金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、芽胞杆菌检出率较低。结论部分酒店空调系统污染较为严重,必须引起注意,加强卫生消毒措施及管理。 Objective To understand the situation of microbial - contamination in air conditioning system of the two large restaurants, and improve the hygienic status in the air conditioning system. Methods Different kinds of air conditioners in different departments of the two restaurants were selected using the sampling method to detect the total number of bacteria, fungus, hemolytic Streptococcus, legioneUa spp, staphylococcus aurous and bacillus sporus on the filters, the cool water of the air conditioning system, and also of the air dusk. Results The contamination status of legionella spp in the central air conditioning system was very serious with a positive rate of 65.66 %. The over- standard rate of the total number of bacteria, fungus on the filters of different kinds of air conditioning system was 33.8 %, High level of bacillus sporus was detected with a positive rate of 70.87 %. Conclusion The contamination status of air conditioning system with microorganisms in some large restaurants was serious and the work of sterilization and management be strengthened.
