摘要 现代医学教学的改革要求建立良好的课堂师生关系。课堂师生交往具有满足学生心理成长的需要、改善教学行为、提高医学课堂教学的效率和质量、提高学生医患沟通的技能、实现医学素质教育的目的等功能。教师由知识学习指导者、知识传授者、课程教材执行者和教学管理者逐渐转变为学生未来生活的设计者、知识体系建构者、课程教学的研究者和人际关系的协调者;学生由被动学习者、知识的接受者变为自主学习者、知识探究者。只有发挥教师主导作用、创造积极的课堂心理氛围、重视课堂教学中的多向交往,才能形成良好的课堂互动,从而促进师生交往的发展。 The reformation of modem medical instruction requires constructing good teacher student communication. Teacher-student in-class communication plays the following roles: meeting student's needs of mental development; improving behavior of instruction; increasing the efficiency of class instruction; improving students' skills in doctor-patient communication; fulfilling the aim of quality-oriented education in medicioe. The teacher' s role is transformed into the designer of student ' s future, the constructor of student's cognition, the researcher of curricula and instruction, and coordinator of interpersonal relation in class from the instructor of learning, the initiator of knowledge, the executant of curricula and textbooks, and the manager of instruction. The student's role is transformed into an independent learner and knowledge explorer from a passive learner and information acceptor. Only when teacher's guiding role, class atmosphere and multi-directional teacher-student communication are established can teacher-student in-class communication be improved.
