摘要
目的 制备复合膳食纤雏(Dietary fiber,DF),并探讨其与3种单一的DF耐高脂血症小鼠体内脂类含量的影响.方法健康、断乳的NIH小鼠50只,按体质量随机分为5组,用高脂饲料诱发高脂血症同时,分别添加10%DF:纤维素(B组)、果胶(C组)、海藻酸钠(D组)、纤维素-海藻酸钠复合物(E组),以单纯的高脂饲料组为对照组(A组),8周后,观察各种DF对大鼠的生长发育及脂类代谢的影响.结果 与对照组相比各种DF皆可不同程度降低大鼠脂质水平,且以复合物效果最佳.结论 各种DF皆可不同程度降低大鼠体内的脂类含量,复合DF效果优于单一的DF.
Objective To prepare the artificial fiber complexes and examine its role in lipid content in comparison with other single fibers in hyperlipidemia mouse. Methods Fifty healthy mouse were randomly divided into five groups based on body weight. All kinds of DF(cellulose group B, pectin group C, sodium alginate group D, cellulose and sodium alginate complex group E) were given at a level of 10% in the diet fed on a lipid-rich diet. The control group A was fed on a lipid rich diet only without DF. After eight weeks the effect on growth and development and lipid metabolism in mouse were studied. Results Compared with the control group, all of DF groups can lower lipids especially fiber complexes. Conclusion All kinds of DF had the effect of lowering lipids to some extent in mouse and fiber complexes were more effective than single fibers.
