卫生填埋场垃圾渗滤液对蚕豆根尖细胞及小鼠早期精细胞微核的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨工业城市卫生填埋场垃圾渗滤液的遗传毒性。方法于2004年7—11月,在Z市某综合卫生填埋场于垃圾渗滤液排出口处采集渗滤液,同时采集该处地下水。采用气相色谱-质谱定性与定量分析垃圾渗滤液及该卫生填埋场地下水有机污染物成分。以渗滤液原液、1/2稀释的原液、1/10稀释的原液的剂量进行蚕豆根尖细胞微核试验;以原液、1/10稀释的原液腹腔注射染毒进行小鼠雄性生殖细胞微核试验。。结果垃圾渗滤液及填埋场地下水中均检出苯、苯酚、苯并穴a雪芘,且浓度均高于相应最高允许排放限值。1/10、1/2原液及原液组的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率均高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且呈剂量-反应关系(r=0.851,P<0.05);垃圾渗滤液原液有机提取物小鼠早期精细胞微核率高于阴性对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论该工业园区卫生填埋场垃圾渗滤液具有一定致突变作用,其中的有机污染物已严重影响到附近地下水质,对周围居民健康具有潜在性危害。 Objective To study the pollution of organic components in landfill leachates which produced from industrial city- Z and their cytogenetic toxicity. Methods The landfill leachates and groundwater samples collected from an industrial city-Z were analyzed by GC-MS and determined by mieronucleus test of the root-tip cells of Viciafaba. The organic extracts of the landfill leachates samples were also determined hy micronucleus test of early spermatids of mice exposed to organic extracts to be tested via peritoneal injection. Results Benzene, phenol, B(a)P were found in this two samples. Significantly higher levels of micronucleus rates of the root-tip cells of Viciafab a were observed in the original landfill leachates and diluted samples (1:10,1:2)compared with those of the negative samples (P〈0.01). Conclusion The organic pollutants of landfill leaehates have worsened the groundwater in the vicinity and presented mutagenicity to a certain degree and potential hazardous health effects on residents in the near area.
