摘要
合法性问题是政治学研究的一个重要理论问题,把合法性作为一种社会学现象来加以研究首推马克斯·韦伯。韦伯将历史上出现过的政治秩序划分为三种类型,即所谓的“传统型”、“个人魅力型”和“法理型”。从长远发展和政权持久延续的角度看,制度合理而受到民众认可的“法理型”显然更加切实、合理。
The legitimacy is an important theory question for politics research, The pioneer who took the legitimacy as one kind of sociologieal phenomenon to study is Marx Weber, Weber has divided the political order appeared in the history into three types, namely socalled “the type of tradition”,“ the type of individual eham” and the type of legal theory. The type of legal theory accepted by people is better teality and reasonable from the long- term development and the political power steady.
