摘要
目的研究小型猪心肌缺血模型制备的麻醉及管理方法。方法氯胺酮基础麻醉后,硫喷妥钠诱导经口气管插管静脉普鲁卡因复合全麻。结果实验猪对氯胺酮基础麻醉有较大的耐受量。保留呼吸平均气管插管次数(2.3±0.7)次。心脏操作时心电图变化较大。结论对实验猪进行保留呼吸气管内插管全身静脉麻醉是可行的。心脏操作容易出现心律失常,可预防性应用利多卡因和提醒术者轻柔操作,若麻醉处理得当,可保证围术期猪的安全。
Objective To study the anesthesia in making myocardial ischemia model in minitype pigs. Methods Procaine intravenous anesthesia was administered after ketamine basal anesthesia, pentothal sodium induction and intubation. Resuits Ketamine for basal anesthesia was better tolerated by pigs than by humans. (2.3±0.7) trials in average were needed to achieve a successful intubation. Dramatic fluctuations in ECG were encountered during the heart operation. Conclusion Intra- tracheal intubation and intravenous anesthesia is practicable in the open - heart operation on minitype pigs. Soft manipulation over the heart and prophylactic use of procaine are suggested to avoid surgically - induced arrhythmia. Adequate anesthesia is key to the pit's safety in the perioperative period.
