摘要
目的建立复方维生素注射液(4)细菌内毒素检查方法。方法参照《中国药典2005年版》二部附录ⅪE试验方法,通过干扰试验确定复方维生素注射液(4)的有效稀释浓度。结果复方维生素注射液(4)的8倍稀释溶液无干扰作用,其细菌内毒素限值符合规定。结论细菌内毒素检查法可以用于复方维生素注射液(4)的细菌内毒素检查。
Aim To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for four vitamine injection. Methods Test was carried out according to the guideline of interfering test and producure specified in Chinese pharmacopeia 2005. Results The injection did not interfere with limulus agent in 8 diluted concentration. Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test can be used for four vitamine injection.
