160例偏头痛患者发作期和间歇期TCD特点分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的利用TCD技术研究偏头痛患者发作期和间歇期的平均血流速度(MFV)变化特点。方法采用美国GE公司LOGIQ400MD彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对160例偏头痛患者发作期和间歇期大脑中动脉(MCA)、大脑前动脉(ACA)及大脑后动脉(PCA)的平均血流速度进行观察分析,以40例正常人为对照组。结果(1)偏头痛患者MFV较正常对照组显著增快(P<0.01)。(2)有先兆偏头痛(MWA)与无先兆偏头痛(MWO)比较:MWO者发作期的MCA、PCA的MFV比MWA明显增快(P<0.05);MWA间歇期MCA、ACA的MFV比MWO显著增快(P<0.01)。结论不同类型偏头痛患者发作期和间歇期MFV有不同变化;TCD检查技术可对临床诊断提供重要依据。 Objective To investigate characteristics of mean flow of migraine patients during attacking and intermittent periods with TCD techniques. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with different migraine subtypes were setected as our primary objects with other 40 normal persons as control group. MFV of the middle cerebral artery (MCA), anterior cerebral artery (ACA), posterior cerebral artery (PCA) were examined with LOGIQ400MD transeranial doppler ultrasound diagnostic apparatus produced by american GE company. The results were analyzed. Results (1)All subtypes of migraine patients had increased MFV compared with the normal control (P〈0.01). (2) Between the groups of migraine with aura (MWA) and migraine without aura (MWO), MWO group had higher MFV of MCA and PCA than that of MWA during the attacking period (P〈0. 05) ; while MWA group had higher MFV of MCA and ACA during intermittent period(P〈0.01). Conclusion Patients with different kinds of migraine have different changes during attacking and intermittent periods;TCD technique can offer an important diagnositic means in clinic.
