大块状肺结核影像误诊为肺癌原因分析

摘要 目的分析19例大块状肺结核误诊的原因,旨在提高不典型肺结核的诊断水平。方法对19例大块状肺结核的X线片、CT片特征结合临床表现进行综合分析,找出误诊原因。结果 19例大块状肺结核误诊为肺癌的病例中,X 线病灶类型呈类圆形或椭圆形8例,不规则状7例,分叶状4例,伴有胸膜局部凹陷3例。结论 X线片及CT片表现不典型,临床症状不典型及耐药菌株产生是导致误诊的主要原因。
