摘要
目的:进一步认识老年肺结核的X线特征。方法:分析100例老年肺结核的X线表现,包括病变部位、范围、病灶类型、性质、形态等并作统计观察。结果:本组X线表现特征主要为病变范围广,以浸润型肺结核为主,同时伴有空洞和并发症较多。结论:老年肺结核具有症状不典型、病变不典型、病灶部位不固定、病变容易恶化等特点。须结合临床、化验及纤支镜检查,作出正确的诊断。
Objective：To investigate the X-ray signs of pulomonary tuberculosis in senility.Methods：X-ray characterstics of pulmonary tuberculosis in 100 elder patients were analysed,including the location,extent,types,property and configurations of focus.Results：the x-ray features included abroad of areas focus,and mainly infiltration with fibre incavity lesions.Conclusion：The atypical symptoms and focus indefinite locations and easy aggravating properties are the characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in senility.Its accurate diagnosis to be made should be incombination with clinical and test data as well as endoscopy.
