摘要
X效率理论告诉我们,“惰性区域”的存在和压力的大小是导致X(低)效率的关键因素,而员工关系对企业的内部效率具有最直接的影响,也是最核心的影响因素。其中,员工关系四个层面的和谐、企业家才能的充分发挥以及优秀企业文化的建设是和谐型员工关系管理的标志。
According to the X-efficiency theory, "inert areas" and "pressure curve" are proportionate to X- efficiency. The paper construct a conceptual model of harmonious employee relation management system based on improving X-Efficiency. In the model, the harmonies of the four aspects of the employee relation, the full display of entrepreneurs" ability and good enterprise culture are the key hallmarks of the harmonious employee relation management.
