摘要
在探索和谐管理思想发展概况的前提下 ,介绍了一种当代的组织和谐管理理论 ,并考察了相关的研究趋势 ,认为时代的发展 ,必须对和谐理论进行完善和发展 ,并提出了进一步开展研究应做的几项具体工作。
With the exploration of the general situation of the development of the harmony management thought, the paper presents a contemporary harmony management of organization, deals with the relevant research tendency and points out that three aspects of concrete work should be done for further researches.
