碘酸铜的合成及其对电解二氧化锰的改性作用 被引量:1

Preparation of Cu(IO_3)_2 and its modifying effect on MnO2 electrodes

摘要 采用化学沉淀法制备了碘酸铜[Cu(IO_3)_2],以X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行表征,并将所制备的碘酸铜用于电解二氧化锰的物理掺杂改性。恒流放电测试表明,掺入合适的碘酸铜可明显提高电解二氧化锰的放电性能,掺入量为10%时以6.5mA恒流放电可提高44.9%的放电容量。利用线性扫描伏安测试进一步考察了掺杂后电解二氧化锰的电化学行为,并讨论了可能机理。 Copper iodate Cu(IO3)2 powder was prepared by chemical method and characterized by XRD and SEM techniques, MnO2 electrodes modified with Cu (IO3)2 were fabricated and their electrochemical behaviors were studied by means of galvanostatic discharge and line at sweep voltammetry experiments, The results indicated that the discharge performance of MnO2 electrodes modified with Cu(IO3)2 could significantly enhanced, The discharge capacity of MnO2 electrodes modified with 10% Cu(IO3)2 is 586.4 mAh/g in 40% KOH electrolytes, The mechanism for this modified effect is also tested by linear sweep voltammetry and further discussed.
