低温溶剂热法合成单分散氧化钛纳米棒 被引量:2

SYNTHESIS OF SINGLE DISPERSING TiO_2 NANO-RODS BY SOLVENT-THERMAL PROCESS AT LOW TEMPERATURE

摘要 以Ti(OC4H8)4为无机前驱体、正辛酸为溶剂,在80~100℃一步合成了单分散的锐钛矿TiO2纳米棒状粉末.用X射线衍射、高分辨透射电子显微镜观察对样品进行了表征.结果表明:纳米棒状粉末具有窄的尺寸分布,直径为3~4 nm,长度为10~20 nm,长度方向为锐钛矿相c轴.此外,初步探讨了纳米棒的形成机理. Nano-rod-like TiO2 powder was prepared by the solvent-thermal process at 80 100 ℃, using caprylic acid as solvent and Ti(OC4 H4) as inorganic precursor. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the TiO2 nano-rod like powder has a narrow size distribution of 3-4 nm in diameter and 10 20 nm in length. The TiO2 nano-rod is oriented lengthwise along the c-axis of the anatase crystal structure. The mechanism of the formation of TiO2 nano-rod like powder is also discussed.
