糖尿病肾病的合理治疗 被引量：6

摘要 随着糖尿病患病率的增加,糖尿病肾病(DN)的患病率也逐年增加,DN占糖尿病病人总数的10%～21%。DN已成为终末期肾衰竭(ESRF)的主要病因。ESRF所需治疗给病人和国家都带来了严重的经济负担。目前,尚无针对DN的特效治疗,如何防止DN的发生、发展,防止ESRF的发生,合理的综合治疗至关重要,如严格控制高血糖;抗高血压药物ACEI、ARBs和螺内酯等的合理应用;他汀类药物和胰岛素增敏剂等的应用;适当限制蛋白质和钠盐的摄入,戒烟、戒酒、减肥等生活方式的干预对DN也非常重要。
