摘要
文章从社会语言学角度出发,以《红楼梦》第54回为范例,把其中亲属称谓作为研究对象,通过原文及其日译本的对照,探讨中日亲属称谓体系及其用法的异同,分析其社会文化和民族心理根源,寻求亲属称谓翻译的规律及技巧。这对于减少异文化交流中误解、了解原文复杂的人物关系、掌握一定的亲属称谓的翻译方法都有着十分重要的意义。
This paper, conducted from the perspective of social linguistics, and taking chapter 54 ot A vream ot Keo Mansions as example, discusses the difference in kinship appellations systems and usage between Chinese and Japanese, analyzes their social cultures and national psychological origins, as well as kinship appellation translation disciplines and skills, hence to reduce misunderstandings in cross-cultural communication, clarify the complicated relationship among characters, and master some tactics in kinship appellation translation.
