摘要
报道了L-半胱氨酸尾式卟啉铜(II)及四苯基卟啉铜(II)配合物作为超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)模拟物催化歧化O22-和催化分解过氧化氢及有毒氧自由基的活性.结果表明:这两种铜卟啉配合物具有较好的仿酶活性.
This paper reports the study on imitated enzyme activity of two kinds of metalloporphyrin complex-L-cysteine tailed porhyrin copper(Ⅱ) and tetraphenyl porphyrin copper (Ⅱ) complexes. The activity of these two kinds of metalloporphrin accelerate disnutation of O^2- and decomposition of H2O2 and poisonous free- radical-oxygen as superoxide dismutase( SOD) and CAT was tested. It shows the metalloporhyrin has obvious biological activity of mimic enzymes.
