摘要
利用乙酰乙酸乙酯与溴丙烯在EtOH/EtONa条件下发生取代反应,然后在NaOH溶液中加热水解,产物在H2SO4溶液中加热脱羧得1-已烯-5-酮,产率为72-75%。产物结构经IR、NMR谱图得到确认。
1 - hexen - 5 - one was synthesized by ethyl acetoacetic ester reaction with 1 - Bromopropene under EtONa/EtOH condition, then the mixture was reacted with NaOH solution, and continued to react with H2SO4 solution to give off, was turned into 1 - hexen - 5 - one product. The product yield was 72 - 75%, product purity was 98.56%, the product＇s IR, NMR spectra have been discussed.
