摘要
对聚丙烯类和聚糖类絮凝剂配制的水下不分散混凝土进行了性能比较,结果表明聚糖类水下不分散混凝土基本克服聚丙烯类混凝土的缺点,其搅拌时间为75 s,混凝土动态和静态2h流动性基本无损失,28d水陆强度比在85%以上,胶凝材料在400~480kg/m3可满足20~30MPa的水下混凝土设计强度要求。
The performance of underwater non-dispersion concrete admixed with polyacrylate and polysaccharides respectively are compared.It is shown that the shortcomings of concrete admixed with polyacrylate are basically overcome by substituting polysaccharides for polyacrylate.After blended 75s, there are no slump loss occurrence within 2h under dynamic or static states. The ratios of compressive strength cast in water and in the air exceed 85%. Cement of 400-480 kg/m^3 concrete would meet the needs of concrete with compressive strength of 20-30 MPa.
