摘要
介绍了使用水下抗分散剂配制的人工骨料水下混凝土,通过各项试配性能指标的对比分析,确定能够满足设计和施工要求的最佳配合比。通过应用于三峡重件码头工程施工,证实采用最大粒径为40mm的人工骨料配制的水下不分散混凝土具有良好的流动性、填充性、抗分散性,能够保证水下混凝土施工质量。
The artificial aggregate underwater concrete formulated with underwater anti-dispersible agent is introduced in the paper.By contrast and analysis of every characteristic of different test-mixings,the best mixing ratio is determined to meet the need of design and construction.The application in the dock construction for heavy items of the three gorge project confirms that the underwater concrete formulated with artificial aggregate which the maximal size is 40mm has good fluidity, good filling up and anti-dispersity,which can ensure the construction quality of the underwater concrete.
