摘要
目的介绍一孔法微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术的手术方法,探讨治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的新术式。方法采用一孔法微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝40例。结果手术时间7min～15min,平均10min。患儿术后疼痛轻,恢复快,愈合后腹部无瘢痕。无1例复发,未见阴囊血肿、睾丸萎缩等并发症。结论一孔法微型腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝疗效可靠,更加微创、安全、美观。
Objective To introduce an operation method of hernia sac high ligation using minilaparoscope to explore a new method of treating the indirect inguinal hernia in young children. Mothods Single hole technique with minilaparoscope high ligation applied to treat the 40 cases of indirect inguinal hernia children. Results Operation persistent time was from 7 min to 15 min,av- erage 10 min.Pain remission,rapid recovery after the operation,healing good and without abdominal scar.Never one case occurred relapse,scrotum hematoma, archiatrophy etc complications were no seen. Conclusion Heria sac high ligation of single hole technique using minilaparoscope has reliable efficacy in treatment of young children affected from indirect inguinal hernia.
