摘要
本文通过对1996-2003年南宁市土地利用变化分析,得出南宁市土地利用变化特点是耕地减少较快,建设用地占用耕地现象较为明显,农用地逐渐稳定分布远郊。利用主成分分析方法得出,南宁市土地利用变化的驱动力主要是人口、经济、技术进步及政策因素,并对南宁市耕地利用变化的驱动力因子进行定量分析。
Taking Nanning as an example, the author had analyzed land use condition. Find that the characteristic of Nanning land using is that the cultivated land reduces very fas4 the construction land takes up the cultivated land obviously, and the farming land stably distributes the outer suburbs gradually. Through the principal component analysis method, we draw that Nanning land using driving force factors are the population, the economy, the technological progress and the policy. Moreover, we make quantitative analysis on the driving force factor.
