通过对双相不锈钢管00Cr25Ni6Mo2N的加热温度与临界变形量关系的试验,加热温度与双相比关系的试验,双相不锈钢热扭转试验,以及通过大量的热穿孔试验及分析研究得出该钢种最佳的热穿孔加工工艺。
Make an experiment on 00Cr25Ni6Mo2N duplex stainless steel, like the relation between heating temperature and critical deformability, heating temperature and two- phase proportion, heat torsion test, hot piercing test and so on, obtain the hot piercing optimal process .
