焊接工艺对SAF2205管道焊接接头组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:15

摘要 采用两种不同的焊接工艺对双相不锈钢SAF2 2 0 5管道进行全位置焊接 ,对比分析了在两种不同工艺下焊接接头的金相组织、力学性能以及断裂韧性。结果显示 :不同的焊接工艺使接头中两相比例存在差异 ,并使接头的力学性能和断裂韧性也存在较大差异。在本试验中 ,使用较大线能量并使用含N2 保护气体的钨极惰性气体保护焊能使接头中铁素体更充分地向奥氏体转变 ,使其接头具有比手工焊条电弧焊的焊接接头更合适的两相比例 。 The results shows that the different welding procedures make the occur of two phase proportion difference in jointer and quite big difference of mechanical properties and fracture toughness in jointer by adopting two different welding procedures for full position welding to the two phase stainless SAF2205 pipeline,comparing and analyzing the metallographic structure,mechanical properties and fracture toughness. During this test,to adopt larger linear energy and use tungsten pole inertia gas shielded welding with contained N2 to make the ferrite inside the jointer sufficiently transformed into the austenitic of jointer and make its jointer has more suitable two phase proportion as well as more excellent mechanical properties and fracture toughness than the welded jointer of manual electrodes with SAW.
