摘要
通过对人参皂甙－Ｒｂ１与脂质体ＤＰＰＣ作用的核磁共振谱和拉曼光谱的研究，表明人参皂甙－Ｒｂ１是作用于ＤＰＰＣ磷脂分子的极性头部．
This paper reports the influence of ginsenoside-Rb1 on the spectra of NMR,Raman of the DPPC.The fact that-Rb1 acts on polar head of the lipid molecule of the DPPC has been proved.Therefore it causes the conformation changed,the phase transition temperature of the DPPC is reduced,and the function of cell's membrane is improved.
