摘要
目的:研究外燥对小鼠肺津3类组分的影响及意义。方法:96只(SPF)级昆明种小鼠随机分为常温常湿组、常温燥组、温燥组、凉燥组,每组24只。按文献造模后第6天、12天、18天检测各组气管肺灌洗液中蛋白质总量(P)与黏多糖(RM)、IgG与分泌型IgA(SIgA)、二棕榈酰卵磷脂(DPPC)与肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A(SP-A)含量。结果:与常温常湿组比较,温燥组第6-18天P、IgG、SIgA与DPPC平行下降和第12天RM减少(P<0.05),凉燥组第6~18天P、IgG与DPPC下降和第6~12天RM减少(P<0.05);与燥相关的3个组第6~18天SP-A持续升高(P<0.01)。结论:外燥伤肺、灼津损伤肺津之"营养性成分(蛋白质类)"、"局部御邪成分(抗体分子)"与"肺津特异性成分(DPPC)"3类组分对气道的营养与保护作用,为精细阐析外燥伤肺津病机、探索特异性病理指标和促进对津液实质的认识提供证据。
Objective:To observe the effects of external dryness on the three compositions of lung-fluid in mice.Methods:96 Kunming mice were randomized into normal temperature and humidity group(A),normal temperature and dryness(group B),warm-dryness group(C)and cool-dryness group(D)with 24 in each.The models were made nuder the simulated condition of external dryness.On the 6th,12th and 18th day,Proteins(P)and Resperitory mucopolysaccharide(RM),IgG and secretory IgA(SIgA),Dipalmitoyl Phosphatidyl Choline(DPPC)and Surfactant-associated proteins(SP-A)were measured.Results:Compared with group A,on the 6th and 18th day the contents of P,IgG,SIgA,DPPC and RM on the 12th day of group C were parallely reduced(P〈0.05),the contents of P,IgG and DPPC of group D on the 6th and 18th day and RM on the 6th and 12th day were lessened but the SP-A of group B,C and D were raised on the 6th and 18th day(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The results were indicated that the nutriments(proteins)and the refences(antibodies)and the specific compositions(DPPC)of lung-fluid were serious destroyed in external dryness,which was dealed with the fine mechanisms and one of the specific pathological marks and stimulated recognization of the mysteries of lung-fluid.
