异型缝隙连接通道对心脏电生理功能的调控作用 被引量：2

摘要 由多种不同的缝隙连接蛋白(Cx)组成的异型缝隙连接(GJ)通道的电生理``特性不同于由单一种Cx组成的同型GJ通道,前者对心脏细胞间通信的调节作用也有别于后者。在病理情况下,由于心脏内Cx的再分布所致的异型GJ通道的电生理特性改变可诱发心律失常的发生。
