摘要
报道了中国石油兰州石油化工公司有机厂促进剂CBS装置的扩能及技术改造过程及结果。将氧化反应器由3台增加到4台,装置的生产能力由1.5kt/a提高到2.0kt/a。主要技术改造项目包括采用L9(34)正交实验确定最佳氧化反应条件;将气流干燥工艺改造为旋转闪蒸干燥工艺;将过滤槽过滤洗涤改造为先沉降预分离,后离心脱水、洗涤;将底袋和滤布分别由帆布和棉布均更换为的确良布。改造后,水耗由110t/t下降为65t/t,电耗由370kW·h/t下降为321kW·h/t,蒸汽消耗由8.2t/t下降为7.0t/t,产品初熔点由98.9℃提高到100.5℃,加热减量由0.15%下降为0.07%。
The technical remoulding of accelerant CBS production unit in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company were introduced.By adding oxidation reactor,the capacity of unit increased from 1.5 kt/a to 2.0 kt/a.The oxidation reaction conditions were optimized by L-9(34) orthogonal tests.The results of remoulding showed that the consumption of water decreased from 110 t/t to 65 t/t,electricity decreased from 370 kWh/t to 321 kWh/t,and steam decreased from 8.2 t/t to 7.0 t/t respectively,the initial melting point of product increased from 98.9 ℃ to 100.5 ℃.
