摘要
笔者研究了硫化促进剂M(2 巯基苯并噻唑)、促进剂CZ(N 环己基 2 苯并噻唑次磺酰胺)在橡胶制品中的应用,从经济环保的角度进行了新的配方设计,并进行了性能(邵尔A型硬度、抗拉强度、扯断伸长率和老化系数)测试。结果表明:同等条件下,生产相同的产品胶板,使用促进剂CZ的制品综合性能要优于使用促进剂M的制品,且用量少。
In this paper,we have studied the application of the vulcanization accelerator M (2mercapto benzothiazle) and accelerator CZ(Nring hexyl2benzothiazole secundarii sulfamide) in the rubber product,made the new formulation design from the economic and environmental protection angle,and tested properties(chore A hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break aging cofficient).The results showed that the properties used accelerator CZ compared favorably with accelerator CZ in same condition(producing rubber plate).And the used quantity was little.
