摘要
目的:观察阿奇霉素配伍氨茶碱治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将172例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿分为治疗组88例和对照组84例,治疗组采用阿奇霉素和氨茶碱配伍治疗,对照组给常规扩张支气管等综合治疗。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为90.91%和75%,经统计学处理两组有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。用药过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论:阿奇霉素配伍氨茶碱治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效满意。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Azithromyein and aminophylline in treament of cough variant asthma . Methods： 172 cases of cough variant asthma of children were divided into 88 cases of treament group with Azithromycin and aminopbylline and 84 cases of control group with common broncbodilators . Results：The overall effective rate of treatment group was remarkably higher than that of control group （90. 91% VS 75. 00%） （P〈0. 01） . There is no side effect in treament . Conclusion ： Azithromycin and Aminopylline has affirmed effect on cough variant asthma.
