高血压脑出血脑脊液中可溶性ICAM-1,VCAM-1的含量变化 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨脑脊液中可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1),血管细胞粘附分子-1(VCAM-1)在高血压脑中风中的作用。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附法测定12例高血压脑出血患者急性期和恢复期脑脊液中sICAM-1,VCAM-1含量,并与10例健康人正常脑脊液中sICAM-1,VCAM-1含量作对照观察。结果:高血压脑出血患者脑脊液中sICAM-1在急性期和恢复期均较对照组明显升高(P<0.01);VCAM-1在急性期和恢复期较对照组升高(P<0.05)。结论:脑中风患者脑脊液中粘附分子升高,细胞粘附分子参与脑中风后白细胞与内皮细胞的粘附和外渗,在脑免疫炎性反应中起重要作用。 Objective: To explore the changes of the levels of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) in cerebrospinal fh,Ad (CSF) after hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: A prospective analysis was performed on CSF samples in 12 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage (1-2 days) and convalescence (2 weeks after stroke) and 10 control patients by using quantitative enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays for s ICAM-1, VCAM-1. Results: The levels of slCAM-1 in the CSF of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage and convalescence were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈 0.01), Levels of VCAM-1 were found to be elevated in the CSF of patients compared with levels in the CSF of normal controls (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Adhesion molecules in CSF of patients are elevated after stroke. Adhesion molecules are known to be involved in white cell adherence to the endothelium and migration ,which may play an important role in the inflammatory process that occurs after stroke.
