摘要
医疗质量管理是医院管理的永恒主题。但现代医院医疗质量管理遇到不少难题,主要是,缺乏编制,人员不能定位;专科技术多,难于全面控制;质控标准不统一,不易检查落实;质量管理成本高,医院难以接受;质控结果与奖惩挂钩对质控人员的影响等。主要对策是落实编制,人员定位;统一标准。简繁适中;教育为本,贯穿始终;统计要真实,质控要讲效率等。
The main problems affecting the quality management(QM)of medical services in China include : shortage of full-time QM personnel,lack of unified and suitable QM standards,high cost of QM,and insufficient knowledge level of a part of QM personnel. These problems need to be gradually resolved by studying and adopting appropriate measures such as ensuring the QM staff size,formulating applicable QM standards,and raising QM efficiency.
