摘要 美国大学的行政部门通过采用各种先进、高效的管理工具和方法,来促进行政管理的科学化,以便更好地服务学术,提升学校的竞争力。这种做法在美国已经成为一种趋势。对改造中国大学的行政部门而言,加快行政管理的科学化不失为一种比较理想的途径。
