摘要
用淋巴管铸型、冰冻断裂样品及半薄切片样品观察了家兔阑尾淋巴管及滤泡周围淋巴窦的立体构筑。可见在阑尾粘膜浅层存在一层毛细淋巴管网；粘膜深层有致密的毛细淋巴管丛。从毛细淋巴管丛发出许多短树枝样毛细淋巴管伸向胸腺依赖区（ＴＤＡ）。从粘膜浅层毛细淋巴管网及粘膜深层毛细淋巴管丛都发出与腔面垂直的毛细淋巴管，与滤泡周围淋巴窦相连。滤泡周围淋巴窦位于淋巴滤泡的外面和底面。从腔面观察，滤泡周围淋巴窦与粘膜深层的毛细淋巴管丛共同形成花篮状外观。从淋巴窦窦底发出短的毛细淋巴管连接粘膜下淋巴管，后者通向肌层淋巴管。肌层淋巴管连接浆膜层淋巴管，继而引流到阑尾系膜淋巴管。在较粗大淋巴管铸型上观察到淋巴管瓣膜的切迹。说明阑尾壁各层存在丰富的淋巴管网及滤泡周围淋巴窦，具有明显的机能意义。
The three-dimensional organization of lymphatics and perifollicular lymphatic sinus in the rabbit appendix were demonstrated by scanning electron microscopy of lymphatic corrosion casts and fractured tissue,and by light microscopy of semithin section.The lymphatic capillary networks were found in superficial layer of mucosa and lymphatic capillary plexuses were observed in deep layer of mucosa.From the plexuses the short grovelike lymphatic capillaries were continuous with the perifollicular lymphatic sinuses which were surrounded the extemal surface and the bottom of the follicle. The luminal aspect of the sinus looks like flower basket. From the bottoms of the perifollicular lymphatic sinuses arose short lymphatic capillaries that were continuous with the lymphatics of the submucosa.The latter connected with the lymphatics running in the musoular layers ,then led into serosal lymphatics,and drained into lymphatics in the mesoappendix. The casts of the thicker lymphaties showed noches that corresponding to the bicuspid valves of the lymphatics. It is suggested that the well-developed networks of lymphatics and perifollicular lymphatic sinus in the rabbit appendix might play an important role in drainage of the lymph and immune factors.
