摘要
药用野生稻1665(O.officinalsWall et Watt)和栽培稻桂99远缘杂交后,连续回交、自交筛选得到一个近等基因系B3F4。本研究利用B3F4对来源于药用野生稻1665的抗褐飞虱基因进行分子标记研究,获得2个与抗褐飞虱基因表现连锁的RAPD标记,并分别完成B3F4植株的RAPD标记分析.利用MAPMAKER/EXP.Version 3.0,构建局部连锁遗传图谱,覆盖大小为3.0cM,标记间平均距离为1.0 cM。为下一步水稻抗褐飞虱基因的精确定位和克隆分离打下了坚实的基础。
B3F4 is a near isngenic lines(NIL) screened from ev. 1665 of Oryza officinals ♂×cv. Oui99 of Oryza sativa. In this study, B3F4 was used to study the molecular marker of Bph derived from cv. 1665,We obstained 2 RAPD markers linked to Bph: BS294 and BS303, and 2 RAPD markers were used to finish analysis of RAPD marker of B3F4 plants.With bioinformation soft MAPMAKER/ EXP. Version 3.0,the regional link map among 2 RAPD markers and Bph was construeced,which cover 3.0 cM region.The results was useful for precise localization and cloning of Bph.
