摘要
环保技术推广绩效评价的内容包括推广能力、推广水平、推广效率、推广效果、创新能力与推广的可持续性五个方面,采取实效性、科学性、适应性、全面性和可操作性、动态性与静态性相统一的、可比性等原则;类型包括公益型、市场型、混合型三种;特点主要有评价对象的多样性,采取多因素分析法,定量分析和定性分析相结合,以统一的评价标准作基准,建立环保技术推广统计制度,评价环节操作计算机化等。
The environmental protection technology promotion achievements appraisal content includes the promoted ability, the promoted level, the promoted efficiency, the promoted effect, the innovation ability, and so on.
