摘要
如何实现减污降碳协同增效已成为当前社会各界广泛关注的重要问题,探究我国省域减污降碳协同治理的空间分异态势与驱动因素具有重要的现实意义.通过熵权TOPSIS法和耦合协调模型测度2011~2022年各省域减污降碳协同治理水平,进一步运用Dagum基尼系数法和地理探测器模型探析其空间分异态势及驱动因素.结果表明:(1)我国省域减污降碳协同治理水平持续提升并呈现出一定的空间异质性,超变密度对区域差异的贡献率最大;(2)单一因子作用与双因子交互作用均对省域减污降碳耦合协同治理水平空间分异态势的形成产生了显著影响,各影响因素之间的交互作用主要表现为双因子增强和非线性增强.(3)根据不同的交互主导因素特征,可以将各区域划分为不同的空间分异驱动类型:东部地区表现为能源结构-数字金融驱动型,中部地区表现为能源消耗-经济发展驱动型,西部地区表现为能源消耗-能源结构驱动型.依据研究结果,提出了明确当前省域减污降碳协同治理的重点因素,并因地施策和强化区域协作以推动跨区域协同治理等建议.
Understanding how to achieve the synergistic effect of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction has become an important issue of wide concern for all sectors of society.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the spatial differentiation pattern and driving factors of the coordinated governance of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction at the provincial level in China.The entropy weight TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination model were used to measure the level of coordinated governance of pollution and carbon emission reduction in each province from 2011 to 2022.The Dagum Gini coefficient method and the geographical detector model were further used to analyze its spatial differentiation pattern and driving factors.The results showed that:①The level of coordinated governance of pollution and carbon emission reduction in Chinese provinces has continuously improved and showed certain spatial heterogeneity,and the ultra-variable density contributed the most to regional differences;②Both the single factor effect and the two-factor interaction had a significant impact on the formation of the spatial differentiation pattern of the coupling and coordinated governance level of pollution and carbon emission reduction at the provincial level.The interaction between various influencing factors mainly manifested as two-factor and non-linear enhancement;and③According to the characteristics of different interaction dominate factors,each region could be divided into different types of drivers of spatial differentiation.The eastern region was driven by the energy structure-digital finance,the central region was driven by energy consumption-economic development,and the western region was driven by energy consumption-energy structure.Based on the research results,suggestions such as clarifying the key factors of the current coordinated governance of pollution reduction and carbon emission reduction at the provincial level,implementing policies according to local conditions,and strengthening regional cooperation to promote cross-regional coordinated governance were put forward.
