摘要
集团公司如何实现从传统的资金管理向现代企业资金管理过渡,建立与现代企业环境相适应的企业集团资金集中管理体系,实现强有力的监督控制机制,是当前国有企业集团发展中的一个难题。文章对国有企业集团资金集中管理进行了全面分析,并就解决这一问题提出了独到的见解。
It is a very important and difficult task for the state enterprise groupe transforming their funds management from traditional manners to modem mode to realise powerful supervisory system. The thesis focuses on the topic and analyses the problem deeply. Many creative suggestions are put to the super managers of state enterprise groupes.
