摘要
针对目前高校科研工作的整体水平较低的现实,提出建立高校科研辅助支持系统及科研信息保障体系的设想。对其建立的可行性及其组成进行了简要的分析,并对其建立所发挥的作用和应注意的问题进行了简要的阐述。
Direct against the reality with lower integral level of university＇s scientific research work at present, put forward and set up the imagination of university＇s scientific, research supports the system auxiliarity and information security system of university＇s scientific research. And make up brief analysis to its feasibility, carry on brief exposition to function and question that should notice given play to to set up it.
