脑钠素与充血性心力衰竭的研究进展

摘要 心脏是维持全身血液循环的动力器官,也是内分泌器官,其分泌多种激素参与人体水电解质平衡及血管张力的调节。脑钠素(BNP)是主要由心室分泌的肽类激素,具有扩张血管、增加排钠、对抗肾上腺素、肾素-血管紧张素等作用。与充血性心力衰竭的发展、预后密切相关。
