原发性高血压患者血浆肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统与前列腺素系统的研究

摘要 本文报告70例原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆TXA_2和PGI_2的稳定代谢产物TXB-2和6-Keto—PGF_1α的浓度及其比值的变化以及与肾素—血管紧张素—醛固酮系统(R-A-AS)的活性和EH分期的关系。结果表明:EH患者血浆TXB-2、6-Keto-PGF_1α均显著高于健康人;Ⅲ期和Ⅱ期患者血浆TXB_2显著高于Ⅰ期患者;血浆TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF_1α比值则无显著差异。此外,R-A-AS、TXB-2、6-Keto-PGF_1α互相间无明显的相关关系。 In this paper, we report the changes of plasma concentrations of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α which were stable metabolites of TXA_2 and PGI_2 and ratio TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF1α in 30 patients with essential hypertension (EH) and the relationship of plasma concentration of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGE1α with activity of R-A-AS, hypertension staging. The results indicated that: 1. The plasma concentration of TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α in the EH group were significantly higher than in healthy subjects (P<0.001). 2. The plasma concentration of TXB_2 in EHⅢ and EHⅡ was significantly higher than in the EHⅠ(p<0.05). 3. The ratio TXB_2/6-Keto-PGF1α was not significant discrepancy (p>0.05). In addition, we did not find any interrelation among the R-A-AS and TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α. The changes of plasma TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF1α are mainly related to the change of hemodynamics and the increase of sympathetic nerve activity in patients with EH.
