摘要
上海市城市综合交通规划地理信息系统的研究，是以地理信息（G）、遥感信息（R）和交通调查统计信息（T）为数据原，以GIS技术、遥感技术和交通规划技术的计算机综合开发应用为手段，GRT应用一体化的上海市综合交通规划空间信息管理分析系统（以下简称GRT系统）。本文系统地阐述了“GRT系统”开发的思想和方法，“GRT系统”的目标和结构；“ORT系统”的功能和技术关键等。
