哇巴因与盐负荷对大鼠心血管超微结构的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究哇巴因及盐负荷对大鼠心血管超微结构的影响。方法哇巴因腹腔注射(20μg/(kg.d))构建动物模型,同时给予1%高盐饮水及正常无盐饮水,并建立阴性对照,喂养8周后电镜观察心脏及升主动脉超微结构变化。结果单独注射哇巴因组(12只)及单独高盐饮食组(10只)均有部分大鼠(分别为10/12和7/10)血压升高,此组大鼠分别为“哇巴因敏感鼠”和“盐敏感鼠”,哇巴因注射加高盐饮水喂养组(10只)大鼠血压都升高。血压升高的大鼠其心脏及升主动脉超微结构明显变化,尤以联合干预者为著。结论哇巴因及盐负荷均可以引起高血压发展过程中的心血管重塑,两者具有协同作用。 Objective To study the effect of endogenous ouabain and sodium loading on cardiovascular ultrastructure. Methods Four groups of animal models were built as follows: ouabain abdominal injection (20pg/(kg· d) , high salt diet(1% saline), ouabain injection and feeding high salt, and one control group was injected saline. The ultrastructure of heart and ascending aorta were investigated under electromicroscope after 8 weeks. Results Compared with control group, the systolic blood pressure of some rats only injected ouabain or only fed with high salt (10/12, 7/10) increased. In these two groups, “ouabain-sensitive rats” with high SBP induced by ouabain and “salt-sensitive rats” with high SBP induced by high salt diet, the ultrastructue of heart and ascending aorta were damaged. The changes of blood and ultrastucture were more significant in the group receiving ouabain injection and high salt feeding. Conclusion The endogenous ouabain and saline loading might cause cardiovascular remodeling in the development of hypertension. Maybe there are synergistic action between them.
