摘要
目的探讨应用一蒂双叶(足母)、第二趾侧方皮瓣游离移植修复相邻多指指腹缺损的新术式。方法对7例指腹及手指软组织缺损的患者,采用以第一跖背或跖底动脉、足背静脉、趾神经为蒂的(足母)趾腓侧、第二趾胫侧双叶皮瓣游离移植修复相邻多指指腹创面。结果术后7例双叶皮瓣全部成活。随访3～18个月,皮瓣外形逼真,两点分辨觉为5～7mm,手功能满意。结论应用一蒂双叶皮瓣同时修复相邻多指指腹缺损,是一种较安全、简便、实用的术式。
Objective To introduce a simple and effective procedure for repair of soft tissue defect of adjacent digits at the volar side by free flaps. Methods 7 cases of volar soft tissue defect of the adjacent digits were involved. Double foliated pulp flaps from the big toe and the second toe based on a single vascular pedicle of the first dorsal metatarsal vessels or the deep plantar artery and dorsalis pedis vein were transferred to cover the defects. Results All cases were followed for 3 to 18 months, The repaired pulps had excellent appearance with a normal color and consistency. 2-point discrimination ranged from 5 to 7 mm. Finger flexion and extension was satisfactory. Conclusions Transfer of double foliated pulp flaps from the big toe and the second toe based on a single vascular pedicle is a safe, simple, and practical procedure for coverage of volar defects of adjacent two fingers.
