摘要
目的探讨选择性环氧合酶2(COX2)抑制剂塞来昔布(celebrex)对VX2兔肾癌模型肿瘤生长的影响,为celebrex的临床应用提供依据。方法构建VX2兔肾癌模型,并用celebrex进行干预,观察celebrex对肿瘤生长的影响。结果与对照组相比,celebrex治疗2周和3周后VX2兔肾癌模型肿瘤生长明显受抑,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论COX2可能参与了VX2兔肾癌模型肿瘤生长的过程,选择性COX2抑制剂celebrex则具有抑制其生长的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of tbe cyclooxygenase （COX-2） inhibitor celebrex on the growth of VX2 renal carcinoma in a rabbit model in order to provide the basis for clinical application, Methods A rabbit model of VX2 renal carcinoma was reproduced. The effect of COX-2 inhibitor celebret on tumor growth was observed, Results Compared with control, the growth of VX2 renal carcinoma was remarkably retarded after celebrex treatment for 2 and 3 weeks, The difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）, Conclusion COX-2 may have participated in the course of growth of VX2 renal carcinoma, and selective COX-2 inbibitor celebrex could suppress tumor growth.
